This recipe was shared with me by a friend many years ago and it is so simple you can make it anytime. The kids love it and so do the big kids and it’s a great way to get the amazing avocado into their diet.
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Mash avocado and mix through other ingredients.
NB. Add sauce and juice to your taste and liking as measurements are approximate.
We often just eat with corn chips, but also have it on our tacos, nachos and with vegetable sticks or on salad. What else is possible?
